Meet Your Host, Charlene Helm

Hello! I’m Charlene Helm, Founder of Helm Global Events (formerly The Challenge Queens Event Agency) and creator of Scale Your Impact Live.

Since 2020, I’ve hosted and supported more than 70 live events across industries, helping heart-led leaders design live online training experiences that build community, spark belief, and grow their business.

My path here is anything but traditional. From performance arts to private investigations to early childhood education, I’ve spent my career creating spaces where people feel safe, engaged, and transformed, all while spotting the hidden patterns and leaks that block growth.

When I launched my first event in 2020 with the idea of turning my book into a coaching program, I thought that was the path. But what I didn’t expect was the seed it planted. What sprouted was an even greater mission than I had originally imagined. Soon after, word spread that we were helping other leaders run their events, and that’s when my larger calling took root: supporting coaches, consultants, and leaders to run live events that connect and convert.
